When will I receive my order?
You should receive your order within five working days of ordering. Please get in touch with us at shipping@fatwheelscoot.com if it has been more than a week and you have not received your order.
What if my order gets stuck or lost in the post?
If this happens, please contact us, and we will send you a new item.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is always free! We do offer additional shipping options on our scooters for those who want faster shipping or delivery within a specific timeslot.
Will I be charged for customs or taxes?
No! Our prices include all customs and taxes. We almost always ship from our warehouse in the UK, so this shouldn't be an issue. If you receive any requests for customs or taxes, please let us know!
Do I need to be at home for the order?
As you need to sign for the scooter and it is a high-value item, someone will need to be at the shipping address to receive the order. We will send you an email with a 9am-5pm delivery window, please let us know if you cannot make this. If you are ordering parts or accessories, you will probably not need to be in, but we will let you know when you place your order and send you a tracking link.
