Returns
We have a 30-day, no questions asked returns policy. If, during the first 30 days after receiving the product, you decide, for any reason, that you no longer want it, you can return it to us, in line with our shipping policy below, for a full refund. It must be in the same condition as you received it, although some normal usage is acceptable. You must return all elements, including the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover the costs (including shipping) to resolve the issue.
If an issue develops with the product within the two years after purchase that was not there on delivery, it may be covered under our warranty. Please see our warranty page here for details.
Shipping Policy
The refunded product will need to be shipped back to us at our London address by you, with you paying the cost. You are responsible for any damages that occur during shipping.
Refund Payments
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at returns@fatwheelscoot.com.
