I Have an Issue With A Similar Looking Scooter/Tricycle That I Purchased Elsewhere, Can You Help?

This is a very common question we get. Unfortunately there is no copyright or controls on these designs, a wide variety of factories make them, to a wide variety of specifications and quality levels. The reason we set this business up was that whilst we loved using them, getting hold of a decent quality one in the UK was very difficult.

It really is a wild west and there isn't much we can do if your one has issues. Unscrupulous sellers will commonly include batteries that provide far lower capacity than is stated as well as underpowered motor (again often with the capacity understated). Wiring quality can be poor as well, leading to issues with connections. The motor controller can be underpowered leading to it burning out.

Given the wide variety of designs (and the variations between them) a scooter that looks similar on the outside can be very different internally. This makes it very difficult for us to provide anything other than fairly high level advice. Unfortunately fixing all the issues with one of these scooters may be more difficult and expensive than starting over.
